  • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare revenue cycle operations, payer policies, compliance updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide and influence onsite and matrixed teams to achieve operational goals, maintain accountability, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, innovation, and team performance.
  • Ensure proactive identification and resolution of client risks, operational challenges, and performance concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience leading healthcare revenue cycle operations in complex, client-facing environments.
  • At least 3–5 years of people leadership experience, including managing cross-functional or matrixed teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, operational metrics, compliance standards, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, influence executive stakeholders, and drive operational results.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior client leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage initiatives independently.
  • Experience leading operational improvement initiatives with minimal oversight in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced understanding and practical application of AI technologies to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and team performance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% nationwide.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, influence, and align teams across diverse operational settings.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range between $111,000 and $167,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
