Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Project / Implementation Director to lead client onboarding and manage complex accounting projects. This role is ideal for a Controller-level professional who enjoys client interaction, team leadership, and technical accounting challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including discovery, planning, and execution
  • Host implementation meetings and serve as the primary client contact
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and team capacity
  • Oversee and perform complex accounting tasks and special projects

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
  • 3-5 years of GL accounting experience
  • Experience of managing accounting professionals
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with multi-entity and fast-growing businesses
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred); NetSuite or other systems a plus
