SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPER

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Senior Instructional Developer, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of United States Postal Service (USPS). You will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the implementation of software.
• Lead/Manage/Support development of instructor led and virtual learning content.
• Collaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts and instructional designers to learn requirements and build innovative training programs and content.
• Drive performance by planning, developing, managing and evaluating in-person, online and hybrid software training programs.
• Utilize delivery modalities such as webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your instructional design and development expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Senior Instructional Developer must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process.
• US citizenship required
This position will support multiple contracts within GDIT. As such, candidates must meet the following citizenship and clearance requirements prior to employment start date:
• Must be a U.S. citizen. Permanent residents (green card holders) are not eligible.
• Must successfully achieve a full CBP Tier 4 background investigation prior to beginning work.

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
