  • Develop and maintain tool documentation, standard work, troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and user training materials.
  • Support Engineering Automation initiatives involving DriveWorks, DMT, product platforming, and engineering-system integrations.
  • Track support requests, recurring issues, system health, and maintenance activities; communicate priorities and resolution status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, CAD Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Typically requires 3-7 years of experience supporting CAD, PDM, PLM, or engineering software systems.
  • Experience supporting or administering SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM or comparable systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting software, licensing, configuration, deployment, and engineering workflow issues.
  • Experience managing software licenses, maintenance agreements, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings, assemblies, bills of material, revisions, and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of engineering data-management, configuration-management, and revision-control practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and customer-support skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support users across functions and locations.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD Electrical, OrCAD, EPLAN, or similar ECAD platforms is beneficial but not required.
Skills:
