What will your day look like at Netafim?

• Direct management of activities with the company's global customers.

• Addressing all customer needs and inquiries.

• Handling sales and export documents from the quotation stage to shipment execution.

• Managing the shipping process with internal and external partners.

• Gathering data, analyzing reports, and collaborating with various internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

• Experience in export logistics and account management - Mandatory.

• Experience working with global customers - Mandatory.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Office, Excel - Mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or another academic field - Advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP system - Advantage.

• High customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

• Experience handling multiple interfaces and meeting deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to details.

• High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
