About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist to join our team. You’ll set up and operate CNC mills with precision, interpret detailed blueprints, and ensure every part meets exacting tolerances. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills according to part prints and programs
• Interpret engineering drawings and verify dimensions using appropriate tools
• Adjust offsets and tooling as needed using G- and M-code knowledge
• Maintain accuracy and quality through all stages of production
• Enter production data accurately into the ERP system
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to solve setup and process issues
• Perform other machining-related tasks as directed

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a CNC setup machinist on mills (FANUC control experience required)
• Strong understanding of G- and M-code fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and manufacturing documentation
• Commitment to precision, safety, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail
