Gabrielli Truck Sales is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Backup Parts Delivery Driver to join our Parts Department. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing truck parts for delivery. This individual will also serve as a backup delivery driver when needed, ensuring customers receive their parts safely and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.

• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

• Stock shelves and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for customer pickup or delivery.

• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Label and properly store parts in designated warehouse locations.

• Process returns and assist with shipping and receiving activities.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Assist Parts Department staff with locating and retrieving parts.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Backup Delivery Driver Duties:

• Deliver truck parts to customers, repair shops, and other Gabrielli locations as needed.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the warehouse.

• Ensure timely and professional delivery of parts.

• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

• Assist with warehouse operations when not performing deliveries.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.

• Previous parts delivery or commercial truck parts experience is a plus.

• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier items may require assistance or equipment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems preferred.

• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to assist with deliveries as business needs require.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including loading and unloading shipments.
