ABOUT THE ROLE
Work at one of the nation’s Top 100 golf courses, set in the stunning Adirondack Mountains. Join Glens Falls Country Club high-performing culinary team at one of the region’s premier hospitality destinations. As a Line Cook, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-standards kitchen producing exceptional food for members and guests.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Execute food preparation, cooking, and plating to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment throughout your shift
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using a full range of cooking techniques including roasting, grilling, and sautéing
• Produce stocks, soups, and sauces from standard recipes
• Perform precise portion control using scales and standard tools
• Execute banquet setups, platters, and plated presentations per event orders
• Meet ticket time standards: 10 minutes for lunch service, 20 minutes for dinner
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, and food processors
• Support kitchen flow by managing waste, breaking down boxes, and keeping storage areas organized
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and TPC Brand Standards

Requirements:WHAT YOU BRING
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of kitchen experience or culinary training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and repetitive motions
• Ability to work in hot, humid, and loud kitchen environments
• Ability to work in cold environments including walk-in coolers and freezers
• Ability to work safely around sharp objects and hot surfaces
• Ability to maintain a fast pace for extended periods
