Certified Physician Assistant - Surgical in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at Neuromedical Center

THE NEUROMEDICAL CENTER is currently seeking a certified/licensed Physician Assistant.

Responsible for directing patient care within the clinic and hospitals by performing various duties. This position will be a first assist in surgery for all neurosurgical procedures. Responsible for promptly following through with physicians’ orders, administering medications as ordered, following clinic policies and procedures, traveling with physician to satellite clinics as needed and performing all other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or administration.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Spine Surgery, EMR system, organizational skills, and time management a plus.
• Must have a current PA/NP license and be certified in Louisiana.

Education Required: Master's Degree

Experience Required:1 year preferred

Full Time Weekdays -Salaried position
