  • Own end-to-end marketing analytics across email, direct mail, and digital channels, defining KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and identifying performance drivers
  • Design, implement, and maintain attribution models and marketing mix models to quantify channel impact and inform budget allocation decisions
  • Analyze paid media performance, including spend efficiency, ROAS, and incrementality, and translate findings into optimization recommendations
  • Own tracking and tagging strategy for digital analytics, partnering with engineering to ensure accurate event capture across web and app environments
  • Lead experimentation efforts by designing A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear interpretation of results
  • Build and maintain scalable data models in cloud warehouse environments using SQL and dbt to support reliable reporting and analysis
  • Translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organization
Requirements

You bring strong technical depth in marketing analytics combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making at senior levels.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related quantitative field within a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets and building analytical models
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and transformation tools such as dbt
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement including attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling
  • Experience analyzing performance across digital, email, and offline channels such as direct mail
  • Solid foundation in A/B testing design, including statistical significance, sample sizing, and experiment interpretation
  • Familiarity with tracking implementation concepts and basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and reporting workflows
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $125,000 – $140,000 USD
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Unlimited vacation policy with manager approval
  • 100% paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks for primary caregivers)
