This role is focused on designing and shaping end-to-end digital experiences that connect user needs with business goals across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in defining user journeys, improving usability, and ensuring high-quality interface design aligned with modern UX/UI standards. The environment is collaborative, agile, and highly focused on continuous iteration and user validation.
You will be responsible for conducting research, structuring information architecture, and translating insights into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
The role involves close collaboration with product, development, and stakeholder teams to ensure consistency across the user experience.
You will also contribute to usability testing, design validation, and continuous improvement of digital products.

• Conduct user research activities including interviews with users and stakeholders to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
• Design information architecture including sitemaps, user flows, and usability structures for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions and user validation studies to improve product experience.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and analyze UX metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and promote UX culture across teams.
• Work within agile environments applying Lean UX methodologies and contributing to design systems.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product design.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in UX and UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Solid knowledge of usability heuristics and UX performance indicators.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, Lean UX, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI process and delivered solutions.
• Critical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward design challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
