Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain DevOps platforms including Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub, Confluence, JSM, ReadyAPI to support automation and CI / CD initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation to maintain security and compliance.
- Support user onboarding, access management, and permissions governance across tools.
- Automate repetitive tasks and implement standardization across DevOps platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams on integrations and tool enhancements.
- Triage user requests and manage work queues with appropriate prioritization.
- Ensure consistent documentation and knowledge sharing of the tools maintained by the team used to support the development and maintenance of InComm applications.
- Provide operational support and incident response for critical tool chains.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience and hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, GitHub, Confluence, and Build tools like Maven, MSBuild.
- Experience with API platforms (Apigee, Postman) and testing tools (Selenium, ReadyAPI, BrowserStack).
- Experience with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, nginx).
- Experience and hands-on knowledge on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Groovy).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and repository management.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and access controls.
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes and software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new technologies and translate into working processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple teams
- Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
