  • Lead UX strategy and execution, including user research, journey mapping, usability testing, accessibility, information architecture, and design system development.
  • Partner with scientific, laboratory, and data science teams to design AI-native platforms that support bioinformatics, clinical workflows, and large-scale data interpretation.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in product leadership, digital product management, or technology strategy, with a strong track record of owning product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and leading multidisciplinary Product and UX organizations at scale.
  • Proven experience translating complex technical, clinical, or operational workflows into intuitive, high-quality digital product experiences.
  • Strong background in agile product delivery, including backlog management, iterative development, and engineering collaboration in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, with familiarity in quality systems, compliance, validation, and risk management practices.
  • Deep expertise in UX leadership, including research programs, design systems, usability testing, and user-centered product design.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align executive stakeholders across product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity awards
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Remote and hybrid work flexibility within the United States
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and parental leave policies
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company support
  • Strong focus on professional development and leadership growth opportunities
