Position Title: Leasing Agent - Apartment Community
Description
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI
- Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager
Knowledge, Skills ,and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents.
-Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at the Meadow Lark Apartments in Aurora, CO. We are offering up to $20/hrs plus $75 leasing bonuses, Two-weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
