Job Description

Senior Manager, Affiliate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate based in the United States.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of affiliate strategy, creator marketing, and social commerce.
You will lead a team of affiliate specialists while managing a portfolio of complex client accounts and high-impact programs.
The role combines people leadership with direct ownership of client strategy, performance, and execution.
You will help brands build scalable creator pipelines, strengthen affiliate performance, and launch successful programs on fast-growing commerce platforms.
Success requires a balance of analytical thinking, operational precision, strategic judgment, and strong client communication.
You will also help evolve affiliate systems, processes, and best practices as the business scales.
This is an opportunity to shape a growing creator-commerce function while developing both people and long-term client partnerships.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Brand Creator Associates through regular 1:1s, performance and output reviews, coaching, quality standards, turnaround expectations, and development conversations.
  • Partner with Account Directors and Creator Partnership leadership to provide performance feedback, identify development opportunities, and maintain high execution standards across the team.
  • Serve as the senior affiliate lead for a portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic direction, participating in client calls, and approving creative briefs and campaign approaches.
  • Lead affiliate onboarding for new clients and brands, including creator pipeline development, outreach strategy, sampling logistics, and the transition of programs to assigned team members as operations stabilize.
  • Analyze creator and content performance across affiliate programs, identifying trends and actionable opportunities beyond standard reporting metrics.
  • Partner on affiliate systems, outreach platforms, and operational tooling by identifying execution-level friction and testing process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Creator Management teams on weekly creator tracking, handoffs, and the progression of high-performing creators into VIP programs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors on creative briefs, campaign alignment, marketing calendars, and broader client priorities.
  • Help establish scalable processes and best practices that improve affiliate program performance, team efficiency, and client outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator marketing, or a closely related discipline, including at least 3 years in an agency environment or equivalent multi-brand in-house experience.
  • 1–3 years of people management experience, including coaching, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and participating in performance conversations.
  • Proven experience serving as a client-facing strategic lead, with responsibility for account strategy, performance analysis, recommendations, and confident client presentations.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with account leadership, managers, junior team members, and other marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to identify the factors driving creator, content, and campaign performance rather than simply reporting metrics.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and proactively developing solutions to operational and client challenges.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing, whether in strategy or execution, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with TikTok Live Shopping is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cruva, Euka, or similar affiliate and creator outreach platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in beauty or skincare is strongly preferred, with additional CPG, lifestyle, or fashion experience considered valuable.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, content strategy, creator marketing, and the relationship between content and consumer purchasing behavior.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of $90,000–$110,000, based on experience.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Fully remote opportunity available to candidates across the United States.
  • Flexible work hours designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Health insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and rapidly evolving social commerce.
  • Significant opportunities for people leadership, client ownership, and professional growth.
