Full Time Pool Attendant in Panama City Beach, Florida at Maxet Management Group, LLC

Edgewater Beach Resort is seeking two full-time Pool Attendants to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the pool and spa areas while providing support to resort staff and guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain pool and spa areas daily
• Pressure wash pool decks and pool chairs each morning
• Set out pool chairs and assist with opening the pool area
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining proper chemical balance in pools and spas
• Notify management of maintenance concerns, deficiencies, or repair needs
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments
• Follow all health, safety, and resort regulations
• Help ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout each shift

Two shifts are available:

• 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Schedules will vary and include weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Previous pool maintenance or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License preferred, but not required
• Training will be provided
