Role:
The L&D Associate supports the learning and development function for our support org. This role sits at the intersection of operations and training: you help design and deliver programs, maintain our LMS, support BPO enablement, and serve as a reliable resource for team learning needs.
This is a great fit for someone early in their L&D or ops career who wants hands-on reps across training design, program execution, and cross-functional work. You're someone who's energized by building, comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to grow through execution. You'll work closely with your lead and have real visibility into how a scaled support org operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Management
- Maintain LMS content, course structure, and learning paths, keeping everything current and aligned with live operational processes
- Support updates to onboarding programs and drip campaigns as workflows evolve
- Flag content gaps and propose updates based on team feedback and process changes
- Training Design & Delivery
- Support design and delivery of training across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and team development
- Facilitate live training sessions and iterate based on performance data and feedback
- Translate operational needs into structured, scalable learning materials
- BPO & External Enablement
- Support BPO training execution in partnership with your lead
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external team training logistics
- Help maintain consistency between internal and external training standards
- Team Support & Program Execution
- Help run the buddy program coordinating structure, guidance, and ongoing check-ins
- Serve as a go-to resource for training questions and member support scenarios
- Provide informal coaching as team members apply training to real-world execution
- Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Identify training gaps and support documentation solutions to address them
- Build and update SOPs as workflows evolve
- Help bridge the gap between what training says and how work actually gets done
- Feedback, Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain the L&D tracker as a centralized source of insights across teams
- Surface trends in training effectiveness and operational gaps to your lead
- Iterate on programs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across teams to keep training aligned with evolving business needs
- Communicate training updates and process changes across the org
- Act as a connector between operations, support, and training functions
