Front End Engineer / Front End Developer

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact, customer-facing digital experiences within a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment focused on empowering entrepreneurs. You will build performant, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused web interfaces that directly influence user acquisition and business growth across global markets. Working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and product, you will help design scalable frontend systems, microsites, and CMS-driven architectures. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on ownership and execution. You will play a key role in improving web performance, analytics integration, and experimentation frameworks. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-performance frontend experiences and scalable web architectures that support marketing and product growth initiatives. This includes building responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized interfaces using modern frameworks while ensuring strong performance and maintainability.

  • Build and maintain fast, scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks aligned with design systems
  • Develop SEO-optimized landing pages and microsite frameworks focused on conversion, discoverability, and performance (Core Web Vitals)
  • Integrate headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) to enable content autonomy for non-technical teams
  • Implement analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, and A/B testing platforms
  • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and load times while ensuring structured data and schema markup implementation
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Design, and Product teams to deliver data-driven web experiences
  • Support the development of reusable components, micro frontends, and scalable marketing site infrastructure across new business verticals
