  • Analyze client performance metrics and KPIs to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and optimization strategies for CDI program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert collaborating with product and education teams to refine workflows, training content, and product functionality.
  • Translate client feedback and real-world clinical insights into actionable recommendations that influence product development and roadmap direction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with customer success teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN required) with 5–7+ years of progressive CDI experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong background in clinical documentation improvement programs, medical coding, healthcare billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Experience in acute care settings (critical care or emergency department preferred) with strong clinical grounding.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate complex CDI concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and clinical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites and headquarters.
  • Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field and prior CDI consulting experience are strong pluses.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and potential bonus structure.
  • Flexible and customizable benefits plan with multiple medical coverage options and Health Savings Account contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible work arrangements depending on role classification.
  • Paid parental leave, including maternity and paternity support programs.
  • Education assistance programs and access to continuous learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
