Description:

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience.

Background check, US Citizenshio, and a CAC are requirements for this position. Contingent on contract award.

Perform all configuration maintenance tasks in support of the IBCT Product Line.

Requirements:

1. Perform cutter sustainment tasks in the Fleet Logistics System (FLS).

2. Provide technical support in the management maintaining the Maintenance Requirements Lists(MRL), Configuration, Component types and tasks.

3. Maintain the data base within the FLS to manage the MRL and Configuration allowing for the scheduling of all tasking.

4. Oversee data entries made by Data Librarian and other entries made by support personnel for accuracy.

5. Create reports requested by the Product Line.

6. Work with other Contractors and Coast Guard personnel to ensure all information is correct and consistently managed between asset types and Product Lines.

7. Ensure all numbering of Configuration Items, maintenance item (MI) codes and Maintenance Procedure Cards(MPC) are in accordance with the Coast Guard maintained S1000D Numbering System Standards and is consistent across all product line assets.

8. Make modifications to maintenance tasks as requested through the CG-22 Process. Complete modifications within the time-frame established by the Product Line.

9. Ensure information published in MPCs and MIs is consistent within FLS. If differences are identified, identify the correct information and initiate action to correct.

10. Work Surface Forces Logistics Center program support personnel to correct errors/problems within the FLS data Base.

11. Validate all enrolled components into the data base.

12. Establish/maintain/modify asset configurations based on component data provided by the Coast Guard.

13. Establish/maintain/modify all appropriate fields within FLS data base that apply to their assigned task

Physical Job Requirements

Stationary Posture: Ability to remain seated or stand at a workstation for 50% to 100% of a shift.

Repetitive Motion: Continuous, low-force movement of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate a keyboard, mouse, and phone.

Visual Acuity: Close-range vision to read documents and view computer monitors for extended periods.

Occasional Lifting: Capability to lift, carry, or move lightweight items up to 10 pounds, such as files, laptops, or office supplies.

Mobility: Ability to walk short distances inside the office to reach printers, break rooms, or meeting spaces.

Education/Certification Requirements

1. Requires 3 to 10 years of related Coast Guard surface or logistics experience.

2. Operational knowledge of the SFLC Fleet Logistics System or DOD/Civilian equivalent maintenance and configuration management system.
