This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting sales, design, estimating, and project delivery activities within the electronic physical security industry.

With training and hands-on experience, this role offers a strong pathway toward a long-term career in sales, estimating, or project support.
It is well suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys learning, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Prepare accurate and professional proposals using standardized company or customer templates, ensuring all required information is complete and clearly presented.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Assist with cost estimates for small, high-volume, low-complexity projects and contribute to estimates for larger, more complex, multi-site projects.
  • Support the preparation and administration of installation projects throughout their life cycle, including project setup in financial and project management systems.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather project information, clarify requirements, and ensure proposals align with customer expectations.
  • Work with internal teams to address account- or project-specific requirements and maintain accurate proposal and estimate information.
  • Use estimating tools and software to calculate basic material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, project scopes, customer information, and other documentation required for reporting and follow-up.
  • Act as a central source of information by maintaining, communicating, and distributing proposal and estimating details according to internal and customer requirements.
  • Support quick-turn proposal requests and consistently work toward established deadlines and priorities.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain current material pricing and other information needed for estimates.
  • Develop an understanding of access control, CCTV, and other electronic physical security systems to support accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, estimating, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with sales, estimating, design, vendors, and other internal teams.
  • Strong customer service mindset and awareness of customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to learn estimating software, processes, and electronic physical security technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, motivated, and eager to develop a career in sales, estimating, or project support.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of $55,000–$65,000, with actual compensation varying based on location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and other factors.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and disability coverage.
  • 401(k) matching plan.
  • Paid time off starting at 13 days annually.
  • 10 company holidays.
  • Additional Fun & Laughter Day Off.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Wellness program.
  • Colleague assistance program.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Vehicle reimbursement plan or company vehicle, where applicable.
  • Cell phone reimbursement, where applicable.

  • Supportive, inclusive workplace focused on professional growth and development.
