Job Description

Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a portfolio of digital health programs serving healthcare consumers nationwide.
You will own the product vision, member experience, partner ecosystem, and commercial performance across multiple care categories.
The position blends product strategy with hands-on partner management, merchandising, growth, and subscription economics.
You will determine when white-label experiences or third-party platforms best serve members and business objectives.
Success will be measured through subscriber growth, revenue, margin, retention, and overall portfolio performance.
Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and demand generation, you will influence decisions from strategy through execution.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to scale digital healthcare offerings.

Accountabilities
  • Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the digital health portfolio, positioning it as a key driver of member value and business growth.
  • Own the end-to-end member experience across digital health programs, whether delivered through white-label solutions or third-party platforms.
  • Define the appropriate mix of white-label and branded offerings across different healthcare categories and member needs.
  • Establish and manage targets for subscriber growth, revenue, margin, retention, and churn across individual programs.
  • Own relationships with digital health, telehealth, pharmacy, and clinical partners, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and renegotiation.
  • Hold partners accountable for agreed-upon volume, quality, service, and experience standards, taking corrective action when performance falls short.
  • Shape partner-delivered experiences across intake, prescribing, refills, adherence, support, and other critical member touchpoints to maintain high UX standards.
  • Build and maintain unit economics and churn models to guide pricing, promotions, partner terms, and portfolio investment decisions.
  • Analyze subscriber behavior, retention trends, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and drive product, partner, or offer improvements.
  • Own merchandising strategy for the digital health category, determining which programs and offers are prioritized and how they are presented.
  • Partner with brand, content, demand generation, and CRM teams to develop compelling messaging, creative assets, promotional campaigns, and conversion strategies.
  • Manage promotional calendars, launches, seasonal campaigns, and offer testing to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on eligibility, licensing, regulatory, and clinical program requirements across states and healthcare categories.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on white-label experiences and customized user journeys that differentiate the digital health offering.
  • Present portfolio performance, investment opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in cash-pay clinical ecommerce, direct-to-consumer healthcare, digital health, or a closely related environment with ownership of revenue, subscribers, retention, or comparable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing telehealth, pharmacy, clinical, or healthcare partner relationships, particularly through white-label, marketplace, or platform-based models.
  • Strong understanding of subscription and digital health unit economics, including patient starts, retention, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and payback.
  • Experience developing and executing merchandising, promotional, or demand-generation strategies within an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect product decisions with revenue, margin, subscriber growth, and customer retention.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic partners, negotiate priorities, establish performance expectations, and address underperformance.
  • Strong product management skills, including product vision, portfolio strategy, prioritization, customer experience, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to diagnose performance and determine actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Legal, and other business functions.
  • Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous 0-to-1 and scaling environments, with strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in metabolic health, weight management, women’s health, men’s health, skincare, lifestyle, or related healthcare categories is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HSA/FSA programs and employer-sponsored healthcare benefits is preferred.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $120,500–$157,000 USD, with actual compensation based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • HSA contribution and employer match.
  • Dependent care FSA match.
  • Uncapped paid time off.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) match.
  • Personal and healthcare financial literacy programs.
  • Ongoing education and tuition assistance.
  • Gym and fitness reimbursement.
  • Wellness program incentives.
  • Remote work opportunity in the United States.
  • Company-supported travel and accommodations for required in-person onboarding.
  • Immersive onboarding designed to build connections, strengthen organizational knowledge, and support a successful transition into the role.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualifying disabilities.
