PURPOSE

As the Front Services Supervisor at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, you play a critical role in supporting the management and operation of our front service departments, including transportation/shuttle operations, valet parking, and bell services. Reporting to the Front Services Manager, your role ensures that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to an outstanding guest experience from the first point of contact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Supervision: Supervise the daily activities of the transportation, valet, and bell team to ensure services are delivered with high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in scheduling, training, and managing the front services team, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the day’s demands.
  • Guest Interaction: Handle guest inquiries and concerns regarding front services, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and adherence to customer service standards within the front services teams. Conduct regular checks and provide feedback to team members.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the front services operations. Assist in maintaining the equipment and vehicles used in front services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Front Services Manager in administrative duties such as reporting, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience in front service operations including Valet or Bell.
  • Knowledge of operational logistics related to transportation, valet services, and bell services.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Licensure & Certification: Valid Washington State driver’s license (driving record will be checked to meet criteria in “Conditions of Employment”).
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and enhancing their experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, capable of handling both guest and team interactions with diplomacy and tact.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for quick thinking and resolving issues efficiently.

PREFERRED

Education and Experience:

  • One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Experience working in an integrated Casino Hotel and/or a Forbes or AAA rated property.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
