Job Summary
Work with various areas of assembly to ensure all employees understand their task and have necessary tools and materials as well as train and assist employees as needed.
Responsibilities
¨ On-Site regular, reliable attendance is required.
¨ Ensure all weekly shipments to customers are on time and accurate.
¨ Demonstrate high degree of accuracy with assembly operations as well as traceability documentation.
¨ Maintain established safety rules and regulations.
¨ Work efficiently, making effective use of time.
¨ Maintain orderly and clean work area.
¨ Demonstrate creativity in recommending improvements.
¨ Punctuality
¨ SOI and logbooks/discrepancy sheets.
¨ Forklift Training
¨ Inventory Management
Requirements:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
¨ Shipping experience preferred
¨ Computer competency with Microsoft Office
¨ Mechanical aptitude/ability a definite plus
¨ Good math skills
¨ Ability to direct assigned staff per the goals of the department and production schedule
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
¨ Minimum 2 years manufacturing/supervisory experience
¨ MSDS – Right to Know
¨ Quality Policy
¨ ISO:9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016
¨ Safety
