Ops Excellence Data Coordinator Lead – SEA060
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Onboarding team’s progress and monitor daily responsibilities amongst the various programs within the department.
- Ensure the completion of the 4-week Onboarding processes for new and existing contractors in all markets. This will include communication with all departments and contractors, daily tracking and reports.
- Ensure the completion of each process within the 20 Day Retention and Improvement Program. This will include communication with all departments and contractors, daily tracking and reports.
- Monitor the MSP Program and completion of each process. This will include communication with all departments and contractors, by weekly tracking and updates to the database regarding progress within the program.
- Work closely with all departments and contractors, including RTG, to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Ensuring Safety protocols are followed by all contractors through Dispatch Track and Fleetio reporting. This will include safe truck operation and ability to follow policy and procedure within safety protocols.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve employee inquiries and requests for information.
- Detail oriented, flexible with continuous process/system change with an ability to handle a high pressure, deadline heavy environment.
- Ability to write reports and professional correspondence.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in a variety of situations.
- Ability to act independently and take initiative to solve problems, implement solutions, and create new processes
- Ability to maintain all job-related information in a confidential and private manner.
