Position Overview:

• Assist in the daily operations of the golf facility, including managing tee times and coordinating events.
• Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and enjoyment of the game.
• Organize and lead clinics, workshops, and tournaments to engage members and promote participation.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere by interacting positively with members, guests, and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of current golf trends and techniques to provide up-to-date instruction.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
• Support junior programs by working with young golfers to develop their skills and love for the game.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant experience and skills, including:

• Prefer PGA/LPGA with experience or going through the program.
• Focus on clinics and lessons
• Able to manage daily golf shop operations
• Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively engage with participants.
• A passion for golf and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all skill levels.
