We seek to provide the absolute best service, value, and opportunity in our industry. We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and superior service to our coworkers, customers, and community.

As our HVAC Maintenance Manager, you will directly oversee the growth, quality, and profitability of our Maintenance Team. This is an active, high-impact leadership role structured around a strict 33/33/33 execution model:

33% Talent Development: Hands-on coaching and technical mentorship.

33% Team Culture: Supervision, motivation, and safety leadership.
The Maintenance Manager serves as the critical link between field operations and executive leadership, collaborating closely with dispatch, service, and install divisions to optimize efficiency and maximize club membership retention.

Core Responsibilities

Team Performance & Accountability: Supervise, evaluate, and manage HVAC maintenance technicians. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including job completion rates, accessory sales, and club membership metrics.
Field Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct strategic field ride-alongs to provide real-time technical guidance and customer service coaching—successfully transitioning entry-level talent into advanced diagnostic roles.
Workforce Growth: Facilitate high-value weekly meetings focused on advanced training, corporate updates, and strict OSHA safety compliance. Assist in interviewing and onboarding top-tier talent.
Operational Synergy: Partner with dispatch to strategically align technician geography and skill sets with customer demands.
Escalation & Resolution: Promptly resolve complex customer relations inquiries, preserving brand loyalty and converting challenges into lead opportunities.
Asset Management: Oversee the logistics of assigned company vehicles, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness, inventory control, and vehicle maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Expertise: Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential HVAC maintenance and diagnostic experience (Required).
Leadership Track Record: Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory, management, or dedicated training role with proven results.
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of residential HVAC preventive maintenance practices and a passion for teaching, coaching, and developing field personnel.
Technological Proficiency: Strong computer skills; hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (or equivalent industry dispatch software) is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills suited for corporate and client-facing environments.
Credentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.
Operational Flexibility: Readiness to work extended hours during peak seasonal demand periods to ensure market leadership.
What We Offer

An Elite Culture: A professional environment rooted in mutual respect, collaborative victory, and uncompromising safety.
Career Trajectory: Clear avenues for professional and executive growth with an established, highly respected industry leader.
Compensation: Highly competitive base salary, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package (detailed during the interview process).
Benefits Include:
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
Health Savings Account (HSA)

Compliance: CM Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable. All employment is at-will.
