Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and validate integration logic, data flows, and expected outcomes.
  • Support data loads, mass updates, and integration-related activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Apply appropriate data mapping and transformation techniques across Workday and connected systems.
  • Support integration architecture activities and provide technical guidance and advisory support when required.
  • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering integration design, configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Ensure integration solutions follow established security, development, and implementation best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Workday Integration certification is required.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and custom integration development.
  • Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, integration architecture, and data security.
  • Experience troubleshooting integration issues across multiple environments and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams and translate business requirements into practical integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing issues and improving integration performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work according to Pacific Time Zone business hours.
  • Professional experience supporting global or distributed teams is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote position based in Brazil.
  • Work schedule aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Workday integration solutions.
  • Exposure to Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, custom integrations, and integration architecture.
  • Medical insurance options.
  • Dental and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) contribution benefits, subject to applicable employment terms.
  • Critical illness insurance.
  • Voluntary permanent life insurance.
  • Accident insurance.
  • Additional employee perks and benefits according to applicable employment conditions.
  • Opportunity for professional development through complex integration projects and collaboration with distributed teams.
