Job Title: Life Enrichment Specialist (Caregiver)
Schedule: Monday 6:30am-7:30am/ 12:30 pm-5:30pm, Tuesday 10am-6pm, Wednesday 6:30am-7:30am, 12:30pm-5:30pm, Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 6:30 am-7:30am 29 hours

About the Role:
The client is open to a male or female caregiver of any race or nationality. The ideal caregiver is friendly, dependable, experienced with hands-on personal care and safe transfers, comfortable around two friendly small dogs, and able to cook and run errands.

Home and Client Profile
Clean, smoke-free home with no infestations
No other residents in the home
Two small, friendly dogs
Client uses both a power chair and wheelchair
Client needs assistance transferring from bed to chair
Client’s hobbies/interests are currently unknown

Care Needs
The caregiver will provide:
Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, and daily personal care
Safe transfer assistance from bed to chair
Meal preparation/cooking
Light housekeeping
Errands and transportation support for doctor appointments
Reliable preparation for dialysis transportation every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, including ensuring the client is bathed, dressed, and ready on time

Best Caregiver Fit
A strong candidate should be:
Friendly, patient, and dependable
Experienced in caregiving, particularly with mobility support and lifting/transfers
Comfortable with animals, especially small dogs
Able and willing to cook
Organized and punctual, especially for dialysis-day routines
