Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

We are currently seeking process servers who can provide reliable coverage in the following Idaho areas:

Boise / Ada CountyMeridian / Nampa – Ada and Canyon CountiesTwin Falls / Twin Falls CountyIdaho Falls / Bonneville CountyPocatello / Bannock CountyCoeur d’Alene / Kootenai CountyLewiston / Nez Perce CountyMoscow / Latah CountyRexburg / Madison CountyMountain Home / Elmore County

Additional coverage areas may also be available depending on location and demand.

Ideal Candidates Include

experienced Process ServersLicensed Private InvestigatorsCurrent or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsIndividuals with experience serving legal documents

Key Responsibilities

Make diligent service attempts at varied times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessaryActivate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents via FedEx or emailComplete required service attempts and accurately document each attemptSign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest’s mobile applications to:
• Upload photo evidence of addresses
• Submit detailed attempt notes
• Record service or non-service outcomes
• Submit required documentation
