SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Office Administrator / Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator
- Previous experience as a Patient Care or Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset, but not required for the right candidate
- Experience in MS Office (MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
