Our People & Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our high-volume hourly hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment while playing a key role in helping the organization attract, engage, and hire top hourly talent. There is potential for the position to transition into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume hourly recruitment efforts across multiple locations and business functions.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hourly and frontline positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure staffing targets are met within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Lever (ATS).
- Assist with offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring pipeline updates and reports.
- Support job fair planning, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling candidate and employee information.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology is considered an asset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

$17 - $20 an hour
