PRODUCTiON & WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS POSITIONS AVAILABLE! in Batavia, Illinois at Wedi Corporation

Wedi corporation (https://wedicorp.com) is the world-wide leader in the manufacturing and development of high performance and quality shower systems and backer board systems used in the construction of standard and custom tiled wet rooms and now is hiring for multiple shifts and warehouse production and logistics positions across three shifts for Material Handling, General Labor, and Machine Operation.

Material Handler -

• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the production facility using a sit down forklift.
• Assist with inventory control, material replenishment, and shipping/receiving activities and other duties as required from time to time.

General Labor -

• Support daily manufacturing operations by performing production, logistics and/or assembly related tasks.
• Inspects products for quality and maintains an organized work area and other miscellaneous tasks as required from time to time.

Machine Operator -

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Accurately complete production documentation and inspections.

Material Handler-

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift experience, reliability, and a strong safety mindset required/preferred.
• Ability to carry, push and pull materials and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stand, stoop and work on feet for extended periods.

General Labor -

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety required
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, stoop and work on feet for extended periods.

Machine Operator -

• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
• strong reliability, attention to detail and safety awareness.
