This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Senior Consultant based in Canada.
This role is ideal for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional focused on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll in a global environment. You’ll support and sustain critical payroll operations for the United States and Canada, helping ensure reliable and efficient HR and payroll processes. The position combines functional analysis, configuration, incident resolution, testing, and close collaboration with business and technical teams. You’ll work directly with users and stakeholders to understand issues, assess requirements, and implement effective solutions. Strong ownership and analytical thinking will be essential when troubleshooting complex processes and inconsistencies. Advanced English is mandatory, as the role involves daily communication within an international environment.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a focus on payroll operations in the United States and Canada.
- Act as a key point of contact for users, monitoring support requests and coordinating the resolution of incidents and business-related issues.
- Analyze requirements and incidents reported by business teams, identifying root causes and translating business needs into appropriate system solutions.
- Configure the SAP SuccessFactors environment and implement corrections or adjustments to resolve inconsistencies and maintain process stability.
- Execute unit and integrated testing, validating system changes and ensuring that solutions work effectively across relevant payroll processes.
- Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business teams to investigate issues, implement improvements, and maintain stable and reliable payroll operations.
- Support the continuous improvement of EC and ECP processes by identifying opportunities to optimize configurations, resolve recurring issues, and improve the user experience.
- Demonstrate proven professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including hands-on support and configuration.
- Have strong knowledge of payroll processes applicable to the United States and Canada, with the ability to understand regional requirements and operational impacts.
- Bring experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, support, and implementation activities, ideally across complex or global environments.
- Be capable of analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying challenges, and proposing practical and effective technology solutions.
- Have experience with functional testing, validation activities, troubleshooting, and correcting system or process inconsistencies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Have advanced English proficiency as a mandatory requirement for daily collaboration in a global environment.
- Bring up to 10 years of professional experience, as candidates within this experience range will be prioritized.
- Experience working on global projects and collaborating with international teams is considered a strong advantage.
