This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Head - Studio & Resourcing Operations based in India.
This is a senior global leadership role responsible for ensuring the right talent, capacity, and operational structure are in place to meet evolving client demand.
You’ll own the vision, strategy, and performance of global resourcing and capacity management, helping the organization scale efficiently and sustainably.
The role combines workforce planning, forecasting, operational governance, financial oversight, and people leadership.
You’ll use data, analytics, and performance insights to anticipate demand, optimize utilization, and identify capacity gaps before they impact delivery.
You’ll work closely with global leadership, customers, resource teams, and operational stakeholders to align supply and demand across markets.
The position also offers an opportunity to modernize resourcing through automation, AI-enabled workflows, flexible talent pools, and more proactive planning models.

- Own the global vision, strategy, operating model, and delivery plan for capacity and resourcing management.
- Define clear departmental OKRs, KPIs, milestones, and performance targets, ensuring they align with wider business objectives.
- Develop and implement best-practice capacity planning processes that improve operational performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Establish a data-driven approach to workforce planning, forecasting, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
- Maintain a comprehensive global capacity plan that anticipates current and future client demand, skill requirements, and business growth.
- Ensure sufficient capacity and appropriate skill sets are available to meet client volumes and service delivery requirements across markets.
- Keep global leadership informed about capacity requirements, resource constraints, hiring needs, and potential delivery risks.
- Support capacity planning for new business opportunities and provide recommendations on the resources required to support growth.
- Monitor actual capacity against targets, identify shortfalls or over-capacity, diagnose trends and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage deviations from capacity plans that have operational or financial implications.
- Build and expand flexible, pre-vetted, and contingency talent pools to support fluctuations in demand.
- Define and manage resource velocity, ensuring the business can access appropriately skilled talent quickly while maintaining utilization and profitability targets.
- Develop scalable approaches to talent acquisition, workforce management, and resource deployment.
- Ensure the appropriate tools, reporting systems, and processes are in place to support effective capacity planning and performance monitoring.
- Continuously improve resourcing processes by identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and technology-enabled planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global resourcing and operations team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance frameworks and regularly review departmental effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer responsiveness, and satisfaction.
- Report performance against targets to global leadership and identify actions required to address gaps or improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure planning decisions are based on accurate, current, and relevant business information.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand current and future demand and translate those requirements into actionable capacity plans.
- Communicate forecasts, resource plans, risks, and operational concerns clearly to leadership and relevant teams.
- Ensure leadership has access to reliable data, statistical analysis, reporting, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Promote global collaboration and consistency across markets while adapting resourcing strategies to local requirements.
- Significant experience in capacity planning, resource management, operations, workforce planning, or a closely related discipline, ideally within advertising, marketing, creative, production, or a similar environment.
- Proven experience leading global teams, businesses, or operations across multiple regions and markets.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, creative production, and the operational processes required to deliver client work at scale.
- Demonstrated experience building capacity plans, forecasting models, resource models, and analytical frameworks to support complex business decisions.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with an understanding of how capacity decisions affect costs, profitability, targets, and client fulfillment.
- Highly developed analytical, numerical, statistical, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong people-management skills, including experience coaching, developing, motivating, and optimizing the performance of large or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to clearly present complex capacity and operational solutions to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and translate commercial requirements into scalable operational solutions.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against demanding deadlines.

- Comfortable working UK/BST hours, corresponding to approximately 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
- Remote working arrangement in India until further notice.
