Job Description

We’re looking for Radiology Tech Assistants who are excited to support diagnostic care in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this role, you’ll assist with patient check-ins, exam reviews, prep patients visits, provide educational guidance, and help with transporting and procedure support. You’ll also schedule exams and handle clerical tasks such as authorizations when needed. We value strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and exam preparation

• Support providers during diagnostic exams and procedures

• Educate patients on procedures and expectations

• Schedule exams and handle authorizations as needed

• Provide transportation and patient flow assistance

• Operate general office equipment and maintain documentation

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• BLS certification required and maintained

• Experience operating general office equipment

• Knowledge of basic anatomy and healthcare exposure preferred

• Familiarity with infection prevention, sterile techniques, and radiation protection preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, ethical, and professional with strong multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
