Colorado Eagles Game Day - Ticket Sales Representative
JOB OVERVIEW
The Colorado Eagles are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Gameday Ticket Sales Representative. This role is responsible for servicing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by promoting and selling various ticketing packages, including single-game tickets and group outings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sports environment, enjoy connecting with fans, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Attend every home Eagles game during the regular season and playoffs
- Assist with game day operations, guest services, and other game day duties as assigned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide top-tier customer service
- Handle all customer inquiries, including questions about seating, pricing, and available packages
- Turn customers into brand advocates
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and fan engagement
- Contact single game buyers about their experience and upcoming opportunities
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to renew, upgrade, or upsell ticketing options
- Leverage group discounts and referral programs
- Begin building a book of business
- Run manual payments in AXS
- Attend marketing events and promote the Eagles
- Pass out pocket schedules and posters to local businesses
- Assist with season ticket member events
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., AXS) is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during the hockey season.
Pay Rate: $16 per hour, paid bi-weekly
Benefits: Colorado Sick Pay. One hour earned for every thirty hours worked.
(Number of hours per week will vary based on game dates and a mutually agreed-upon schedule)
