Corporate Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing in Rockledge, Florida at SST Direct

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter to join our team! You will source, screen, and interview candidates for internal positions, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our internal stakeholders, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

• Location: Remote (can live anywhere throughout the U.S.)
• Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + incentive based on placements

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal corporate roles using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience
• Skilled Trades / staffing industry recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure; meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
• Articulate speaker and writer; established business acumen
