PAY RATE: $27.66 - $41.49
BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

* This inpatient RN position offers a weekday-only schedule with no weekend requirements. Nurses may choose between three 12-hour shifts during the week on either days or nights, or a traditional five-day schedule working 11:00AM to 7:00PM.*

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family/significant other health problems and resources and providing technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adolescent through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 2 years of Registered Nurse experience

PREFERRED:

• BSN

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Possesses current State RN license.

• Non-exempt hourly
