• Manage and track physician orders, following up on outstanding documents to support timely completion.

• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Respond to questions and requests by phone, email, fax, and written correspondence.

• Sort and distribute reports and documents to the appropriate team members.

• Generate computer reports and review records for accuracy and completeness.

• Request, gather, and organize documents needed for patient records and billing.

• Retrieve and file correspondence.

• Complete scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong data entry and auditing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Google productivity tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

• Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check.
