Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $23.00/hour

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the primary customer contact for receiving, reviewing, logging, scheduling, and tracking custom print production jobs.

• Review customer files for issues including fonts, image resolution, layouts, and formatting; make necessary document conversions and layout/imposition adjustments.

• Troubleshoot production, delivery, and output issues to meet customer requirements.

• Perform quality inspections and apply color management, correction, trapping, and image editing as needed.

• Maintain production and billing logs and related documentation.

• Provide basic training to customers on web-based ordering systems when requested.

• Operate standard office equipment and coordinate with customers and approved vendors on outsourced projects.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide professional follow-up throughout the production process.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, web/intranet applications, file management, and data entry.

• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Professional business demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the print industry.

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience with graphic arts, imaging, print production, or related technology preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Post-high-school technology training or equivalent experience required.

• Specialized training in graphic arts, imaging science, print technology, networking, or operating systems is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
