Résumé du poste - Purpose of Position (Summary):

  • Superviser les opérations de production et établir des calendriers de travail.
  • Coordonner les activités de l’équipe de production et s’assurer que les tâches sont effectuées efficacement.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des travailleurs sur le lieu de production.
  • Maintenir une communication claire avec les membres de l’équipe pour garantir une collaboration efficace en lien avec le MBS.
  • Contrôler les processus de production et ajuster les équipements si nécessaire.
  • S’assurer que les produits finis répondent aux exigences de qualité.
  • Gérer les problèmes de production et résoudre les conflits entre les membres de l’équipe.
  • Former et superviser les membres de l’équipe pour qu’ils puissent développer leurs compétences.
  • Participer aux réunions de production pour discuter des performances et des projets futurs.
  • Amélioration continue et remonté d’information.

Now Hiring at our Chatillon France Manufacturing plant for a Chef d' equipe niveai II /M/F / Production Team Leader Level II. In this role, He/she will perform the following functions:

  • Oversee production operations, supervise the performance of manual or automatic manufacturing operations and establish work schedules.
  • Coordinate the activities of the production team and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently. Ensure the safety of workers on the production site.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure effective collaboration with MBS.
  • Control production processes and adjust equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure that finished products meet quality requirements.
  • Manage production issues and resolve conflicts between team members.
  • Train and supervise team members to develop their skills.
  • Participate in production meetings to discuss performance and future projects.
  • Continuous improvement and feedback.


Qualifications

Expérience Obligatoire :

  • Expérience dans un poste équivalent dans l’industrie des plastiques, dans un atelier d’impression sur tampons/assemblage/injection
  • Une expérience dans un poste qui a apporté les connaissances correspondantes en leadership d’équipe
  • Connaissances avancées en tamponne, en assemblage, en assemblage ou en processus d’injection
  • Compétences informatiques pour utiliser un ordinateur
  • Connaissance des outils d’amélioration continue
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation d’un ERP (par exemple SAP) À privilégier

Expérience éprouvée:

  • en tant que chef d’équipe.

Formation : Obligatoire :

  • Baccalauréat professionnel, diplôme BTS ou équivalent
  • Niveau de maîtrise du français (C1)
  • Sensibilité HSE

À privilégier

  • Technicien de production
  • CQP Chef d’équipe
  • CQP Niveau intermédiaire en anglais (A2)

Experience Required:

  • Experience in an equivalent position in the plastics industry, in a pad printing/assembly/injection workshop
  • Experience in a position that has provided the corresponding knowledge of team leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of pad printing or assembly, assembly or injection process
  • Computer skills to use a computer
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
  • Experience in the use of an ERP (e.g. SAP)

Preferred:

  • Proven experience as a team leader.

Education Required:

  • Professional baccalaureate or BTS or equivalent level diploma
  • Fluent level in French (C1)
  • HSE sensitivity

Preferred:

  • CQP Production Technician
  • CQP Team Leader
  • Intermediate Level in English (A2)
