This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst supporting business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
The role serves as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring analytics solutions address real operational and reporting needs.
You will contribute to dashboards, KPIs, reports, data visualizations, and BI solutions from requirements through testing and implementation.
The position also offers opportunities to identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
Success will require strong stakeholder management, structured analytical thinking, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for BI and data analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and data teams to define dashboard, reporting, KPI, visualization, and analytical requirements.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to establish clear project objectives and priorities.
• Act as the primary bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support the testing and validation of BI and reporting solutions, helping ensure that delivered outputs meet business requirements.
• Participate in implementation activities and work with relevant teams to resolve requirement gaps or issues.
• Create and maintain clear documentation covering business processes, workflows, requirements, functional specifications, and project-related information.
• Support stakeholders in defining meaningful KPIs and reporting approaches aligned with business objectives.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within BI, data analytics, reporting, or technology-focused projects.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions across business and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to capturing business processes, workflows, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into practical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, implementation, and delivery of analytics or BI solutions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requirements, and remain organized in a permanent work-from-home environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable reporting and analytics technologies is preferred.
• Background in business process analysis, optimization, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
