About the Role
AutoFi is looking for a customer centric Strategic Accounts Executive ready for a move that enables your dealership expertise and growth.

You will manage your own Book of Business in a regional area. This role will require onsite dealer visits, average week consists of 4 days a week in stores, overnight travel 50% which are crucial to the success of our partner relationships.
Responsibilities
You have a solid understanding of dealership variable operations, including, but not limited to:
Finance & Insurance, Sales, Sales Management, processes, software, and performance reporting systems.
You should be able to demonstrate a practical understanding of best practice digital sales processes, operating practices, Desking deals, integrations with vendors, CRM and DMS software tools.

You may currently be working with a Automotive Software Vendor, managing dealership accounts from training delivery through ongoing account servicing and support, looking for your next challenge.

Experience working with Vehicle Sales Teams (Sales People, Sales Managers Internet/BDC, and F&I Managers) integrating our software platform and processes into their dealerships.

Provide training and insight on best practices that will leverage and drive the dealers' business.

You will own the ongoing relationship with your dealers, which will include KPIs to ensure increased adoption, driving transactions, ensuring retention and delivering satisfaction.

You will need to be as comfortable speaking to a customer as you would a Sales Person, a Sales Manager, a Dealer Principal, a C-Suite or a Manufacturer.
Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience with a history of delivering results

Highly computer literate, Google Suite

Good follow up and organizational skills

Quick to adapt to new technology and tools

Have a working knowledge of common DMS systems, F&I systems, and F&I tools

Proficient user of automotive CRM software

Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and be able to adjust priorities on-the-fly

Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Relationship builder

Continuous learner

+ commission potential $50,000 & $15,000 variable bonus for hitting KPI's
