This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager – Inside Sales & Customer Success based in India.
This is a senior leadership role within a modern, data-driven digital sales organization focused on driving revenue growth across inbound, outbound, and customer success motions in the APAC region.
You will lead and scale multi-layered teams responsible for new customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and expansion of existing accounts across diverse markets.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring strong performance across digital channels such as chat, phone, and outbound lead engagement.
You will play a key role in shaping regional go-to-market strategies, improving conversion efficiency, and enhancing customer experience across the lifecycle.
A strong emphasis is placed on people leadership, coaching, and building high-performance sales and success teams.

- Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales and Customer Success teams across APAC, ensuring strong execution, engagement, and leadership pipeline development.
- Own inbound sales performance across chat and phone channels, optimizing lead conversion, response times, and revenue productivity through data-driven strategies.
- Drive outbound sales motions across leads, RFIs, and MQLs, ensuring disciplined pipeline generation, coverage, and funnel health across markets.
- Oversee customer success outcomes including retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to maximize lifetime customer value.
- Develop and execute regional APAC strategies, aligning capacity planning, forecasting accuracy, and business performance with senior leadership priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to improve demand quality, customer journeys, and overall sales efficiency.
- 10–14+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, or Customer Success, with strong exposure to scalable, data-driven sales environments.
- Mandatory experience managing teams across APAC, including leading managers or large frontline sales and success teams.
- Proven expertise across inbound sales (chat and phone), outbound sales (leads, RFIs, MQLs), and customer success (retention and expansion).
- Strong understanding of digital-first sales models, funnel optimization, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute regional growth strategies across multiple geographies and market maturity levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence.
- Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Proven track record of coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
