Description: About the Role

At Integrity Infrastructure, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Aerial Supervisor to lead our field teams and help deliver high-quality aerial infrastructure projects. Job is based in Calhan, CO

What You’ll Do

As an Aerial Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of field personnel in daily aerial operations
  • Plan and coordinate work to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Monitor job progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for all operations
  • Train and mentor team members, with a strong focus on safety and skill development
  • Oversee equipment readiness, including inspections, maintenance, and timely ordering of materials
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and address any deficiencies
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and performance
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team and project success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in aerial operations or a related field, including supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of aerial safety standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (FAA certification preferred, if applicable)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, plans, and blueprints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools and workflows
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
