This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transactions Closing, Analyst based in Canada.
This role sits at the heart of real estate transaction operations within a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
You will ensure that property transactions are accurately processed, validated, and closed across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
The position requires strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
You will collaborate daily with agents, legal professionals, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance.

It also offers exposure to advanced real estate technologies and cloud-based brokerage systems supporting end-to-end deal management.
You will play a key role in ensuring commission integrity, data accuracy, and overall transaction efficiency.
- Close and reconcile real estate transactions using platforms such as BrokerWolf, SkySlope, and TRX simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
- Verify documentation, agent splits, commission structures, and financial data prior to closing, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update transaction tracking systems and productivity dashboards to reflect real-time deal status.
- Assess eligibility for payment processes and ensure proper allocation of funds and commissions.
- Communicate with agents, lawyers, and internal departments regarding transaction status, escalations, and post-close inquiries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue commissions owed to the organization.
- Support technology adoption initiatives and assist with platform usage across systems such as Slack and CRM tools.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives related to transaction optimization and innovation.
- 1–2 years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate operations, finance, or administrative support (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction workflows, contracts, and commission structures.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in remote environments with excellent self-management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with transaction or back-office systems such as BrokerWolf, SkySlope, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and adaptability in evolving operational settings.
