Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this role will drive key initiatives, build operational infrastructure, and ensure alignment across originations, credit, and external partners.
This is a hands-on role in a startup-like environment, requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and task level by owning priorities, building processes, and driving execution across the business.

• Lead development and management of contracts and agreements, including:
• Correspondent lending agreements with third-party lenders
• Origination and broker agreements
• Employment agreements and offer structures
• Oversee and track commission structures, splits, and payment schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Support production monitoring and reporting, including pipeline tracking and performance against targets
• Build and implement core operational processes and workflows to support a growing lending platform
• Coordinate and manage office setup, vendor onboarding, and infrastructure needs
• Act as a central point of coordination across originations, credit, capital markets, HR, and legal
• Prepare materials, summaries, and updates for leadership to support decision-making
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• 8-15+ years of experience across Chief of Staff, business operations, or corporate strategy roles within commercial real estate, financial services, lending platforms, investment banking, private equity, or structured finance
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling processes, infrastructure, or new business lines
• Strong background working with contracts, legal agreements, compensation structures, and financial frameworks
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership while driving day-to-day execution
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders across business lines
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We offer a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote after the initial 90-day period.
COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE:
