Job Description
Summary:
What You'll Do:
- Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse and inventory systems
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, test plans, and system specifications
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for ERP/MRP platforms
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and maintain inventory and operational data integrity
- Develop and track data quality and reporting metrics
- Partner with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve system and operational issues
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar)
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and international/domestic logistics requirements
- Understanding of Canadian customs and tariff regulations is an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
