Join Our Growing TeamEntrusted is hiring an Estimating Specialist to write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software. You'll work closely with Mitigation Leads, Pre-Construction Consultants, and Project Support Leads to turn field documentation into accurate, profitable estimates, keeping every job moving toward resolution for our clients. Prior experience in estimating is not a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities

• Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates efficiently using industry estimating software
• Operate Xactimate and Symbility to interpret documentation and produce accurate invoices and estimates
• Compile and organize all documentation required for each loss, including photos, invoices, checklists, and reports
• Follow partnership-specific invoicing terms and conditions
• Support the denial and insurance negotiation process as needed
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings and provide updates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mitigation and rebuild processes
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Teachable attitude and open to feedback
• Positive, can-do attitude, especially during high-pressure or high-volume periods
• Team player who works well with others to solve problems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high-volume computer work
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Valid driver's license with an approved driving record
• General administrative or construction experience preferred, not required
